Spotlighting Excellence: Meet Ideal’s Newest Employee Spotlight

Meet Nathan Howell, our next featured Employee Spotlight! Nathan has been a valuable part of the Ideal team for over a decade, showcasing his dedication and versatility in various roles.

Starting during his high school years, Nathan initially joined our snow crews before transitioning to a full-time position on our Maintenance team. His journey then led him to becoming a crew leader and eventually making the transition to our Irrigation team.

With years of experience and a strong work ethic, Nathan has recently stepped into the role of Irrigation Manager, following in the footsteps of his father. This internal promotion highlights our goal of nurturing talent within our organization, and fostering motivation, retention, and trust among our team members.

Silas Dill, our General Manager, speaks highly of Nathan’s journey: “Nathan Howell is a great example of our commitment to internal growth at Ideal. His positive attitude and strong work ethic have made a lasting impact in his various roles, leading to his well-deserved promotion to Irrigation Manager. Nathan’s journey, with its highs and lows, has shaped him into a leader within our Irrigation Department.”

We look forward to seeing Nathan continue to grow as a leader and have a highly successful career at Ideal.
